Drop off your COMPLETED PASSPORT by or before Sunday, 12/14 11:59p in the red mailbox outside of VILLA SANCTUARY located at 32 Main St.
The week of DEC 15, THREE COMPLETED PASSPORTS will be randomly selected to win a basket of presents...just in time for the Holidays!

PASSPORT TO PRESENTS RULES
FREE passports are available for pick up 12/11-12/13/2025 at Serenity by Kasey, Roads Rivers and Trails, and The Bookmatters - while supplies last
There is a limit of one passport per household
Unless otherwise specified, this promotion is open only to legal U.S. residents age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry with a valid Social Security number
The Passport must be completed in its entirety to qualify
Completed Passports must be received by 11:59PM on Sunday, 12/14/2025 - Passports should be dropped off in the red mailbox outside of Villa Sanctuary 32 Main St
No photo copied passports will be accepted, only originals
Winners will be notified via phone and email to pick up their Prize basket at Villa Sanctuary at 32 Main St, Tues - Sat 10AM-5PM / Sun 12-3PM
Decisions made by the HMA as to the administration and operation of the Passport To Presents Promotion and the selection of potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion
The odds of winning are based on total # of completed, qualified passports received
Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within three (3) days of notification will result in disqualification and another winner could be selected.
Historic Milford Association and their Members are not responsible for lost, stolen, illegible or damaged passports
By participating in the Passport to Presents Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless the Historic Milford Association (HMA), it's owners, directors, officers, members, employees, contractors, associates, affiliates, agents and assigns, both past and present including but not limited to local Business Owners in the HMA (collectively aka “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to death, personal injury, negligence, and/or damages of any kind to persons and property (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to a participant’s passport entry or participation in the Passport to Presents Promotion.
Winners will sign a release form and agree for post promotional publicity tied into Passport to Presents - i.e. first name and last initial and where you are from, plus possible pictures as well via social media, HMA website etc. tied into this specific Promotion.
If Winners prefer not to have their images/likeness shown or used, HMA would simply do congratulatory messaging, i.e., "congrats to Bob C from Milford, OH, one of our Passport to Presents Winners" accompanied by a picture of the basket.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS APPLY.

One Holiday Bucks certificate can only be redeemed at one of the participating HMA members listed
Not to be used amongst multiple locations or any location not listed
No cash/change will be issued if below $50 purchase and if there is an unused balance
Must be original certificate, no copies will be accepted
Must turn in Holiday Bucks certificate at the time of purchase to the participating HMA merchant
Holiday Bucks can be used to purchase a gift card for $50 at (1) participating merchant location, provided the merchant sells gift cards
