FREE passports are available for pick up 12/11-12/13/2025 at Serenity by Kasey, Roads Rivers and Trails, The Bookmatters - while supplies last
One passport per household
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL REGULATIONS APPLY.
Eligibility. Unless otherwise specified, open only to legal U.S. residents age eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry with a valid Social Security number
Passport must be completed in its entirety to qualify
Completed passports must be dropped off and received by 11:59p on Sunday, 12/14/2025 - drop off completed passport in the red mailbox outside of Villa Sanctuary 32 Main St, Milford Ohio 45150
No photo copy passports will be accepted, only originals
Winners will be notified via phone and email to pick up their Prize basket at Villa Sanctuary at 32 Main St, Tues - Sat 10a-5p/Sun 12-3p
Decisions as to the administration and operation of the Passport To Presents Promotion and the selection of potential winners is final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion
Odds of winning are based on total # of completed, qualified passports received
Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within three (3) days of notification will result in disqualification and another winner could be selected (UP TO YOU TO KEEP THIS IN OR NOT)
DORA (Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area) has been approved in Historic Downtown Milford. This allows for residents & visitors to consume alcoholic beverages from designated cups in the approved boundary area - which includes all of historic downtown Milford!
